Operation Capital City is an extended ministry of Living Word Church of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and partners with the following ministries:

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to carefully and strategically cover with intense prayer each capital city of the 32 states of Mexico. We believe that God has given us a strategy which will powerfully expedite this assignment in such a way as to impact each state.
Our Mission
A team of 4-6 people will be sent to 2-3 cities on one 10-12 day mission. These cities will be chosen as to their geographic proximity. Harvest Preparation International Ministries will assist us with pastoral contacts in each city and also with other logistic matters as needed. After praying in each city for approximately 3 days, the team will then move to the next location. The specific prayer focus will include the same 5 targets in each capital*:
- Government Centers
- Education Centers
- Marketplace Centers
- Media Centers
- Spiritual Centers
